Location Method: Based on Assessment

Access Description: The property is located in the north-western part of the Dore township, approximately 30 kilometres north-north-east of the locality of Sultan and 38 kilometres south of lake Ivanhoe, near the locality of Foleyet, Ontario. Easy access is possible via the Dore Road from Highway 101. From this logging road a short exploration road runs through the property to the east and northeast of the trenching locations.



Exploration History

1976: Union Minere Exploration completed an airborne geophysical survey (T-1732). 1981: Canadian Nickel Company completed an airborne mag, EM and radiometric survey (T-2446). 1983: Swayze Resources Ltd. carried out geological and geochemical surveys (T-2784). 1988: A. Hopkins completed an airborne geophysical survey (T-2337). 1993-1994: C. Mortimer carried out stripping, trenching, sampling (T-3486). 1996-97: Inmet Mining Corporation carried out ground geophysics, mapping, lithogeochemical survey, 8 diamond drill holes (T-3823, T-4052). 2005-2006: C. Mortimer carried out trenching and 3 diamond drill holes totaling 88.3m (T-5470). 2010: Red Pine Exploration Inc. carried out an airborne geophysical survey (VLFEM, magnetometer), and ground geophysical IP survey (T-6230). 2011-2012: Red Pine Exploration Inc. carried out 9 diamond drill holes totaling 2068m, assaying and analyses (T-6409). 2015-2016: 2254022 Ontario Ltd. carried out line-cutting and a ground geophysical survey (VLFEM, magnetometer; T-6889).
