1975: U. S. Steel International / W.G. Wahl completed ground geophysics (T-2311). 1973;1980-85;1991: Falconbridge completed ground geophysical surveys, drilling, geological mapping, lithogeochemistry, humus geochemistry, trenching and airborne geophysical surveys (T-2105,T-2345). 1987-1988: Ressources Halex Inc. (Falconbridge Option) carried out a geophysical survey (T-3313). 2005-2006: VenCan Gold Corporation completed ground and airborne geophysical surveys (T-5328, T-5418).

Jul 10, 2009 (D Draper) - The better gold values were found to be associated with massive to semi massive pyritic sections of the iron formation. Hole 668-1-84: 211'-215' 15% pyrite, 3% quartz veins : 3.8 g/t Au 215'-222' 85% pyrite, 10% magnetite : 6.17 g/t Au 222'-226' 10% pyrite : 2.94 g/t Au 226'-254' 5% pyrite : 1.77 g/t Au Hole 668-12-84 was collared 40m south of 668-1-84: 75.5'-79.5', 75% py: 1780 ppb Au 79.5'-82.5', 50% py: 1080 ppb Au 82.5'-87.0', 30% py: 2740 ppb Au A 24-foot surface channel sample of brecciated feldspar porphyry taken from trench L290E (sample at 240ft east of surface trace of hole 668-1-84) assayed 1700ppb Au.
