Mineralization Comments

Jul 10, 2009 (D Draper) - Channel samples from the north end of Trench L254E returned 680 ppb Au over 8ft and 1000 ppb Au over the next 29ft. (Notation on Compilation Sheet 1 indicates 2 surface samples in this same vicinity assayed 1100 and 1300ppb Au; no other information on these samples was filed.) Falconbridge hole 668-13-85 (collared 260m northeast of trench locn) returned 450ppb Au over 6ft at the base of a unit of banded iron formation in contact with greywacke. (T-2345) Conquest Yellowknife trenched and stripped an area approximately 150m NW of Falconbridge's trench. Sampling over 12 feet of Trench 1 returned up to 3881 ppb Au (0.113 opt) in cherty IF; Trench 2, 35ft south of 1, exposed quartz veining with up to 50% py and assayed up to 3391ppb Au (0.099opt). (T-3733) MacDonnell resampled Trench L254E, obtaining 4577ppb Au over 3ft . (T-4260)
