Mineralization Comments

Aug 01, 2014 (A Wilson) - Assays from a 12.5 m section of core from BT-08-06 returned 24.3% Cr2O3 , and a 37.2 m section of drill core from BT-08-08 returned 32.4% Cr2O3. A 0.4m section of drill core from BT-08-09 returned: 0.18% Cr2O3, 3.60% Ni, 0.423% Cu, and 3.24 g/t Pd. Disseminated to blebby pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and pentlandite as well as chromite were observed within all 4 drill holes completed. The Black Label Zone has been traced over an intermittent strike length of 2100 m and features drill intercepts of 35.4% Cr2O3 over 20 m in BT-09-26, as well as 34.2% Cr2O3 over 20 m in BT-09-30. The chromite occurs in 6 main facies including massive chromitite, semi-massive chromitite with patches of serpentinized olivine, matrix-textured chromitte with patches of silicate, net textured chromite in altered peridotite, heavily disseminated chromite in peridotite and lightly disseminated chromite in peridotite
