Access Description: The project area is located approximately 150 kilometres northeast of Cochrane, Ontario near the border between Ontario and Quebec and is approximately 20 kilometres south of the past producing Detour Lake Mine. The property is accessible via highway 652 and the Detour Mine access road to the mine site and southeasterly from the mine site via a winter road which leads to the property. The property is also accessible by helicopter from Abitibi Consolidated Inc. Camp 35 located on highway 652. (Dentonia NI43-101 Tech. Rept., p.2)

Geology Comments

Jun 09, 2010 (D Draper) - The Lipton claims are completely covered by glacial overburden, and the geology has been interpreted from the geophysical and diamond drill hole data. The property is underlain by a sequence of Archean rocks consisting of felsic volcanic tuffs, chemical sedimentary units, and mafic volcanic rocks that have been intruded by felsic to mafic dykes and sills. (Dentonia NI43-101 Tech. Rept., p.1.) Drilling completed on the Lipton property has partially defined a northerly trending antiformal structure that plunges shallowly to the north. Core angles for quartz veins measured during the logging of the core indicate that three vein sets are present with dips of vertical, 10 to 20° west, and 40 to 60° (west or east). In hole L06-20 the near vertical veins set has been cross cut and offset by the other two veins sets. Quartz veins intersected by the drilling generally tend to be thin. (Dentonia NI43-101 Tech. Lithology Comments

Jun 09, 2010 (D Draper) - The Lipton Main Zone was initially defined by Better Resources as the graphite-, pyrite-, pyrrhotite-bearing chert, the green porphyry, and sulphide bearing felsic tuffs adjacent to the chemical sedimentary horizon. The indicated thickness of the main zone Au mineralisation was estimated to range from 1.0 to a maximum thickness of approximately 15.0 metres (per hole 96-29, estimated true thickness). The zone dips shallowly to the northwest at approximately 15 to 25 degrees. Anomalous concentrations of Au (up to 5.824 g/t over a core length of 1.0 m in DH 96-12) were also intersected in the mafic and felsic volcanic rocks that overlie the Main Zone. Here, the Au mineralisation is generally associated with disseminated or fracture controlled iron sulphides with quartz-calcite veins in the mafic volcanic rocks and with disseminated or fracture controlled iron sulphides with or without quartz veins in the felsic volcanic rocks. Jun 09, 2010 (D Draper) - The best assay from Getty hole DL-86-54 returned 0.155 oz/t Au (5.3 g/t) over 0.5 m from within an amphibolitic unit. (T-2443) Followup drilling began in 1996 with Better Resources' hole 96-03, which was collared approximately 100m SW of the Getty hole. Hole 96-03 intersected 8.02 g/t Au averaged over a core length of 12.0 m. Included in this section was 1.5 m of cherty tuff which assayed 46.94 g/t Au. Significant gold intersections obtained from 19-hole drill program in the vicinity of 96-03: Hole 96-11 (co-collared with 96-03) - 2.866 g/t over11 m Hole 96-22 - 1.121 g/t over 3 m Hole 96-27 - 2.530 g/t over 1 m Hole 96-29 - 0.685 g/t over 18 m, including 4 m of1.734 g/t and 2 m of 2.134 g/t (T-3828) In 2006, Dentonia drilled numerous holes in the vicinity of, and to the north of, the 1996 drilling. Dentonia's work resulted in the identification of two zones of anomalous gold concentrations on the Lipton claims (following is a précis from Dentonia NI43-101 Tech. Rept., p.1): The Contact Zone: The highest Au values were intersected at the contact between the chemical sediments and the felsic tuffs. This Contact Zone appears to be structurally controlled, dipping to the north and west at approximately 20° (sub parallel to the geology). It ranges up to 10.0 m in thickness and was intersected in 24 drill holes with assay results up to 14.27 g/t Au over 7.7m. This zone was traced for approximately 330 m to the northwest of the area drilled by Better Resources and is approximately 150 m wide. The zone is open to the north and north west and the eastern and western limits have not been completely defined. The M1 Zone: This zone was intersected 60 m above the Contact Zone and is situated in mafic volcanic rocks. The M1 zone was intersected in twelve holes and appears to parallel the Contact Zone. This zone ranges in thickness from 1.0 m to approximately 9.0 m and returned Au assays up to 61.2 g/t over 1.0m. The zone was traced for approximately 300 m in a north south direction and is open to the north, east, and west.



Alteration Comments

Jun 09, 2010 (D Draper) - The whole rock geochemical results for selected elements have been plotted against the normal geochemical trends of Abitibi Group volcanic rocks and show that there is a significant enrichment in K2O for most samples, significant Na2O depletion for some of the samples and enrichment of Ba and Sr for some of the samples. The K2O enrichment and Na2O depletion confirms the presence of a hydrothermal alteration zone. (Dentonia NI43-101 Tech. Rept., p.7.)
