Lithology Comments

Nov 02, 2010 (A Wilson) - The B and C zones are sub-parallel and exhibit comparable mineralization. The zones are characterized by pinch and swell veins that exceed 0.7 m and by irregular massive wispy sulphides associated with quartz veining and silicificaion of metavolcanics. The veins are discordant to the primary fabric and they strike 130° and dip 80° to the northeast. The veins are considered to be late-stage fracture filling. Three separate veins constitute the B-C Zone. A principal northwest-trending vein (B Vein) extends about 60 m in length and is associated with a slightly oblique, NNW-trending vein situated to the north (C Vein) that is about 32 m long. These veins dip steeply to the northeast. A northeast-trending vein occurs beyond the northwest termination of the C Vein. The C Vein is hosted within granodiorite dikes associated with the Gutcher Lake Stock and the B Vein lies at the contact between the granodiorite and the surrounding metavolcanic rocks.

Mineralization Comments

Nov 02, 2010 (A Wilson) - Typical assays from Pele Gold's 2006 diamond drilling returned the following results: 1.18 g/t Au, 3.19% Cu and 0.1% Co over 0.4 m from BC-DH06-02;2.82 G/T Au, 0.58% Cu over 0.67 m in BC-DH06-03. Surface grab samples collected by Pele Gold typically returned gold values between 1809 ppb and 7807 ppb and copper values between 1.9% and 4.03%.
