Access Description: The Meston Lake property is within the Red Lake mining district. The prospect is best accessed by helicopter from the First Nation community of Sachigo Lake. Sachigo Lake has a gravel airstrip for access.



Exploration History

1936: Ontario Department of Mines, Geological Survey of Canada completed geological mapping. 2001: OGS, Manitoba Geological Survey and Geological Survey of Canada jointly completed geological mapping. 2010: geological mapping and prospecting (4 samples) by Northern Superior Resources INC. 2011Northern Superior Resources completed geological mapping, geochemical sampling and rock prospecting. At the time of submission of assessment report, rock assay results were not reported, only soil sample results submitted.
