Exploration History

In 1927 Leonard Narrow Lake Mines Ltd. Conducted stripping and trenching on two separate areas of east trending quartz viens in the vicinity of Leonard Lake. 1967-1988 airborne and/or ground geophysics were conducted by Leonard Narrow Lake Mines Ltd, Madsen Red Lake Gold Mines, C.C Huston and Associates and Canadian Eagle Exploration Inc. 2002 Fronteer Development conducted prospecting in the area

Jan 26, 2012 (A McKee) - 2002: Fronteer Development grab sample: 3.18 g/t Au and 3700 ppm arsenic. Near by sample assayed at 0.18 g/t Au with > 10,000 ppm arsenic.
