Exploration History

1977: Dome Exploration Ltd. conducted an airborne magnetic survey. 1997: Corsair Exploration conducted linecutting and a magnetic survey. 2000: Rubicon Minerals Corp. conducted an EM geophysical survey. 2002: Rubicon Minerals conducted a natural source AMT geophysical survey. 2004: Rubicon Minerals and Goldcorp Inc. drilled 4 DDH totalling 2966.1 m. 2006-8: Rubicon Minerals and Solitaire Minerals Corp. partnered to drill 1 hole intermittently over 3 phases for a total length of 2269 m.

Mineralization Comments

Feb 13, 2012 (A McKee) - Rubicon property - 2004-Completed 4 DDH in the area, only one DDH with significant assays: highest: 3.730 ppm Au over 1 m, at a depth of 1390-1391 m. 2006-08: One DDH completed with assays retuning 7.7 g/t over 1m, 3.42 g/t over 4.6 m. Related to main discovery zone.
