Nov 13, 2020 (A McKee) - 2002: 2 grab samples one in quartz vein with 3-4% chalcopyrite, 2-3% bornite, 3-4% pyrite and Native copper assayed at 2.16 g/t, second: grab sample of quartz vein with 1-2% chalcopyrite assayed at 0.47 g/t Au, 2003 trenching and stripping of the area has been completed, no assay results in assessment files. 2002 grab samples retuned low assays. The Little D Showing 115 m to the north of the D65 showing had grab samples of a quartz vein with 3-4% chalcopyrite, assayed 1.01 g/t Au. The vein is 3-5 cm wide. 2003 trenching and stripping of the area has been completed, no assay results in assessment files. 2002 grab samples returned low assays.
Nov 13, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - The D65 showing was exposed by hand trenching along a road cut after systematic traverses away from the Little D showing. The D65 showing consists of a 5-10 cm wide quartz vein trending 060 degrees and dipping 60 degrees to the west. The vein consists of 3-5% chalcopyrite, 2-3% bornite and native copper mineralization. The wall rock in this showing is also mineralized with 1-2% chalcopyrite and 1-2% pyrrhotite and is described as mafic volcanic. Sample 385668 returned 2.16 ppm Au and >10,000 ppm Cu (Assessment report 52M01SE2024).
