Lithology Comments

Apr 08, 2013 (A Wilson) - The mafic metavolcanics are described as ranging from massive flows in the north to flow breccia (interpreted as pillow breccia) towards the middle. Some of the brecciated material has a well developed schistosity.

Mineralization Comments

Aug 17, 2017 (A Wilson) - Pyrite occurs as disseminations, interstitial filling in the volcanic breccia and small veinlets. Up to 2% pyrite also was observed in the Coleman conglomerate. An 18 inch section of mineralized vein material reportedly assayed 73.4% Ag and 0.11% Co. A chip sample from a vein assayed 2.54% Cu over 0.3 m. Vein material in the dump of one of these pits showed some cobalt and silver mineralization. The other pits were put down on small fractures and minor cobalt and silver mineralization was indicated in the fractures. Pyrite occurs as disseminations, interstitial filling in the volcanic breccia and small veinlets. Up to 2% pyrite also was observed in the Coleman conglomerate. An 18 inch section of mineralized vein material reportedly assayed 73.4% Ag and 0.11% Co. A chip sample from a vein assayed 2.54% Cu over 0.3 m
