Access Description: Take the Horwood Lake access road off of Highway 101 west of Timmins. From Horwood Lake take a boat to Hoodoo Lake and then go north along a stream for approximately 700 m.
1946 MacLeod Cockshutt Gold Mines Ltd. mapped the area of the showing as part of a claim group consisting of 19 claims. No other work was reported in this area by MacLeod Cockshutt. 1966 Canadian Johns Manville Co. Ltd. conducted magnetic and electromagnetic surveys on two claim groups to the east and west of the area of the showing. 1972 An airborne magnetic survey was flown by Geoterrex Ltd. for Dome Exploration over an area north of Horwood Lake. 1973 Dome Exploration drilled two holes into their property located just north of Hoodoo Lake. Slightly anomalous Ni values were uncovered in hole 53-B-3. 1977 A 4 hole diamond drill program was undertaken by Dome Exploration on their claim group to the north of HoodooLake. 1987: Gail Resources Inc. – AEM, AMag.

Apr 14, 2015 (P Bousquet) - The lithology from drillhole 53-B-7 shows a sulphidic banded iron formation between a layer of green andesitic volcanic tuff and grey rhyolitic tuff (T-249).

Apr 14, 2015 (P Bousquet) - Hole 53-B-7 intersected 5.7 feet of sulphidic iron formation which returned assays of 0.65% Zn, 0.17% Cu and 0.1 dwt/t Au (T-249).
