Jul 08, 2015 (A Wilson) - Grab samples collected by F.R. Joubin in 1947 returned assays ranging from 0.01 to 0.17 oz/t Au. Anomalous values were returned from 5 drill holes completed by Amax in 1981. The best assays from the American Barrick drilling returned values up to2.31 g/t Au over 0.89 m in a silicified, quartz carbonate zone in mafic metavolcanics (MC 88-456). More typical assays ran between 0.01 g/t au and 0.09 g/t Au over intervals ranging from 60 cm to 1 m. Silicified sections of core continued to return assays ranging from 0.50 g/t au to 0.89 g/t Au. Assays from the Ghostmount and Ghostmount North mineralized zones returned an assay of 1.18 g/t Au over 0.53m, and assays ranging from 0.08 and 0.33 g/t Au over 6.6 m in DDH MC-89-481.
