Lithology Comments

Jan 28, 2016 (Therese Pettigrew) - The property is underlain by steeply dipping Archean biotite gneisses and garnetiferous biotite gneisses trending east-west at a point on the north shore of the previously mentioned pond, the sediments are cut by a pegmatite sill, which is exposed for a length of 40 feet and a width of 25 to 30 feet (OFR5388).

Mineralization Comments

Jan 28, 2016 (Therese Pettigrew) - The pegmatite is coarse-grained and consists of white feldspar, quartz, and spodumene with subordinate pale yellowish-green muscovite and accessory amounts of garnet, apatite and molybdenite. The deposit contains 20 to 25 percent spodumene (visual estimation) (OFR5388).
