Mineralization Comments

Jun 23, 2016 (A Wilson) - Pyrrhotite is distributed in fine-grained disseminations, 2-8 mm blebs and stringers within massive medium grained gabbro. Chalcopyrite is in fine-grained disseminations, splashes and stringers and locally in semi-massive cm scale veins which may contain quartz and lesser amphibole and biotite. Cobalt arsenides are observed to be present as erythrite. The best values were returned from a sample of semi massive chalcopyrite and returned values of 5273 ppm Pd, 335 ppm Pt, 113 ppm Au, 4.65% Cu, 0.53% Ni and 0.44% Co. Assays from the 2002 drilling program returned best values of 3579 ppm Cu, 5624 ppm Ni, 71 ppb Au, 144 ppb Pt and 243 ppb Pd (DDH DEN-03). Assays from DDH DEN-05 returned best values of 207 ppm Cu, 4560 ppm Ni, 113 ppb Au, 437 ppb Pt and 730 ppb Pd. The best assays were returned from the upper 8-9 m of diabase.
