Source Map Accuracy: Within 1 metre

Access Description: Main access is via the Kathlyn Lake road 28 km south of Sioux Lookout. Turn west onto the Hudson Crossover at kilometre 13 to the end where it meets the Ghost Lake Road. Turn north and travel 90 m turning east onto an old logging road. The road degrades to an ATV trail after 1 kilometre. The showing is 3.1 kilometre to the east at the end of the trail.

Exploration and Mining History

1928: Phelps Dodge Corporation completed a magnetics and horizontal loop survey over the western portion of the property. can be roughly separated into 3 main zones. 1970: Phelps Dodge Corporation drilled three holes on the property. 1978-79: Selco Mining Corp. Ltd. carried out magnetic and EM surveys and drilled 1 DDH for 86.3 m. 1987: Government Airborne Electromagnetic and Total Intensity Magnetic surveys were published for the region. 1997: Stuarton Resources Ltd staked the property and optioned it to Synergy Explorations Ltd. 1998: Synergy Explorations Ltd staked the property and completed linecutting, geological mapping, lithogeochemical and MMI sampling. Synergy followed up in 1999 with lithogeochemical sampling and geological reconnaissance mapping. 2009: Abitibi Mining Corp completed a trenching program on the Centrefire and Redhat properties. 2010: Abitibi Mining Corp contracted Geotech Limited to complete a 710 kilometre VTEM survey over Centrefire and Redhat properties. 2011: Abitibi Mining completed 3-hole, 455 meter BQTW diamond drill program testing for the mineralization at depth and other VTEM conductors.

Mineralization Comments

09/15/2016 (A Tims) - Massive pyrite lens dipping northward into a swamp. An 18 m channel sample averaged 1.1 gpt Au. No base metal signature. DDH 70-3 returned 0.16% Cu over 79 m.

04/30/2020 (T Pettigrew) - DDH 11-03 returned 9.174 ppm Au over 1.2 m from an intermediate volcanic (Assessment report 20000006774).
