Geology Comments

Sep 27, 2016 (Andrew Tims) - The Pambou showing is associated with a granodiorite (syenodiorite) dyke and/or sill hosted in a typical volcanic sequence. The intrusive is reddish (hematisation), medium to coarsed grained and contains, 5% of ferromagnesian minerals and 2% disseminated sulphides (2% pyrite ant traces of chalcopyrite). This unit is intensely silificated and hematized.

Mineralization Comments

Sep 27, 2016 (Andrew Tims) - This is the only showing greater than 1 g/t Au outside the east-west trending Pistol Lake - Band Ore corridor. Quartz veins form 1 to 3 centimeters arrays where significant surface gold grades of up to 1.95 g/t Au were obtained in sample L223515. Quartz veins are oxidized, ankeritized, hematized and epidotized. The extension of this showing is unknown, a few samples within 12 meters display anomalous gold.
