Apr 19, 2017 (C Ravnaas) - “ A large carbonate alteration system exists with localized silification and weak pyrite mineralization. Quartzcarbonate veining was discovered in slightly more abundance and width on the far eastern portion of the sampling area and coincides with higher gold grades. Sample grades range from <0.005 to 9.992g/t gold. Although the sampling area is not of economic width on surface and grades are spotty, this structural environment shows significant alteration and may be conducive to host significant gold mineralization at depth” (Kenora AF 52F05SW, QQQQ-16, 2.57095, Metals Creek Resources, pg. 16).

Apr 19, 2017 (C Ravnaas) - Grab sample DHJ-16-052 described as f.gr silicious vol, moderate quartz/carbonate flooding with 2% disseminated pyrite assayed 1.141g.t Au. Grab sample MAM16-56 described as qtz veins within dacite, local carb alt, tr-2% disseminated pyrite, minor chalcopyrite assayed 9.992g/t Au. (Kenora AF 52F05SW, QQQQ-16, 2.57095, Metals Creek Resources, Appendix I).
Sep 18, 2017 (Therese Pettigrew) - The QC Showing is on strike with the original Bag Lake (Knapp) Showing and 170 m from the Cunniah Showing. The QC Showing was discovered during the 2008 field season, with sampling during the 2009 season returning assays of up to 2.8 g/t Au. 2014 samples returned assays up to 6.36 g/t Au from quartz veining/stockwork. The Cunniah Showing returned values up to 3.46 g/t Au during the 2004 season from silicified volcanic rocks showing minor carbonate and sericite alteration with local patches of disseminated sulphide. Metals Creek’s resampling of the area in 2014 produced similar values up to 2.06 g/t Au (AFRI 2.55674). The Cliff Zone is a large shear zone with quartz/carbonate veining that pinches and swells and occurs within silicified and carbonate-altered volcanics. Grab samples up tto 9.99 g/t Au were obtained during the 2009 prospecting program (AFRI 2.57095).
