Exploration History

1963: Nashua Exploration and Mining Ltd. staked the property and drilled 2 DDH totaling 304.2 m. 1968-9: Firefly Mining Corporation Ltd. and completed a ground magnetometer survey. 1995: M. Chaschuk drilled 1 DDH totaling 498.66 m and intersected a mineralized gabbro sill. 1996: M. Chaschuk drilled 1 DDH totaling 603.44 m. 1998-99: North Atlantic Nickel Corp. drilled 2 DDH totaling 878 m.

Mineralization Comments

Feb 28, 2018 (Therese Pettigrew) - DDH BP-99-1 intersected 127.35 m of mineralized gabbro. The best assay was 0.16% Ni, 0.20% Cu, 72 ppb Pd, and 146 ppm Co over 1.26 m (AFRI 52A03NW2001).
