1999: Discovered by D. Michano who conducted stripping, trenching, and sampling. 2002: Freewest Resources Canada Inc. optioned the property and conducted prospecting and sampling. 2003: Freewest carried out a mag and IP geophysical survey.

Mar 15, 2018 (Therese Pettigrew) - Jeff’s Other BIF occurrence occurs within an oxide-faces iron formation. It is located approximately 450 m SW of Jeff’s BIF occurrence and is separate and distinct from the unit hosting Jeff’s BIF. Samples assayed 6180 ppm Zn (AFRI 42D16NE2011).
