Lithology Comments

Dec 04, 2018 (P Bousquet) - T-6155 states: “In the upper part of the hole, above about 300m, bedding angles (to core axis) in tuffs are consistent with about a 60. east dip. From Hathway's work and detailed mapping to the east (Beecham 2005), it is assumed that facings are to the east. In this portion of the hole, a potentially important VMS horizon is recognized at 254.1m where dominantly quartz-phyric,felsic volcanics overlie mafic flows including feldspar-phyric types. Anomalous concentrations of sulphides and base metal are present and the contact is marked by minor chert-like beds". (T-6155)

Mineralization Comments

Dec 04, 2018 (P Bousquet) - A one metre intersection near the contact between the felsic and mafic units returned an assay of 8251 ppm Cu. It is noted in the report that no sulphides were seen in the core half left in the core box. It is assumed that the anomaly is coming from a laboratory or sampling error (T-6155).
