Mineralization Comments

Mar 13, 2019 (Therese Pettigrew) - One grab sample (Sample WL119016), located at L22+90E, 19+48N, yielded 12.89 g/t gold and 121 ppm molybdenumm. Follow-up work consisted of 19 channel samples, only one of which contained anomalous gold (208 ppb, Sample WLC85055). The remaining 18 samples contained between 1 and 30 ppb gold. The isolated, gold-rich sample consisted of a banded, Z-folded, mafic schist, possibly a highly deformed, pillowed mafic flow, that contained numerous, rusty quartz stringers and veinlets emplaced parallel to the metamorphic banding. The sample was taken in close proximity a narrow (<1 m thick), intermediate to felsic hypabyssal dyke containing no anomalous gold. It is possible that the gold-rich sample comprised an isolated spike associated with late quartz tension gashes exhibiting no observable hydrothermal alteration and no along-strike or down dip exploration potential. The location of the sample was initially thought to be within the White Lake Property; however, after claim posts were located and plotted at the end of the mapping and sampling program it was observed that the area sampled was actually located 135 metres east of the property boundary (Assessment report 42C13SE2001).
