1983-4: Norman Resources Ltd. carried out mapping, soil and rock sampling, airborne mag and EM surveys, and a ground IP survey. 1987: Noranda Exploration carried out mapping and humus sampling. 1992: Newmont Exploration of Canada Ltd. carried out mapping and sampling. 1994: Hemlo Gold Mines Inc. carried out geological mapping, magnetometer and IP surveys.

Mineralization Comments

Mar 14, 2019 (Therese Pettigrew) - Muir (2000) describes the showing as a porphyritic diorite/granodiorite dyke with several quartz veinlets that had 2% pyrite and molybdenite and assayed 1.6 ppm Au over 2.0 m.
