Mineralization Comments

Sep 12, 2019 (Therese Pettigrew) - An approximately 30 by 30 m area of outcrop on the northeast side of a small unnamed lake was mapped and sampled during the 2002 program. The outcrop, named here the Lakeshore showing, consists of variably sheared mafic volcanic pillow lavas with 5:1 flattening of the pillows and apparent east-west (080) bedding. A 0.4 m wide zone of sulphidized and sheared (078/90) mafic volcanics cut by shear parallel glassy to smoky quartz veining and 5% disseminated pyrite was found to contain 12.77 g/t Au, 0.21% Cu, 0.11% Zn, and 0.754% As (sample 173523) (Assessment report 53J08NW2001).
