1968: Noranda conducted magnetic and ground EM surveys. 1972-73: Canadian Nickel Company Ltd. conducted magnetic and EM surveys and drilled 3 DDH totaling 236.5 m. 1988: W. Cummings carried out prospecting, mapping, biogeochemical sampling, magnetic and SP surveys. 1989: W. Cummings conducted magnetic and EM surveys. 1997: G. Allen drilled 4 DDH totaling 316.8 m. 2007: Rainy River Resources conducted a max-min survey, prospecting, and relogged the 1997 drill core.

12/19/2019 (T Pettigrew) - DDH 48577 encountered 50% massive pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite with trace sphalerite at 189.5’ depth and 20% sphalerite at 205.8 ft depth. No assay results were reported (Assessment report 20000005176). DDH PW-03-97 encountered 30-60% sulphides including pyrrhotite and pyrite at 33.2 m depth (Assessment report 20000002122).
