1959: Hasaga Gold Mines Ltd. optioned a claim block covering this occurrence from B. Ohman and K. Koval. Hasaga performed prospecting, geological mapping, trenching and diamond-drilling on the optioned claim block. 1963: Pickle Crow Gold Mines Ltd. sampled 5 trenches on this occurrence and reported significant gold values. 1982: 493217 Ontario Ltd. did ground mag and EM surveys which covered this occurrence. 1983-84: Moss Resources Ltd. conducted geological mapping, mag, EM, IP, rock and soil geochemistry surveys which covered this occurrence. This included trenching and sampling and was followed up by a 20 hole, 1522.78 m, diamond-drill program, including 3 DDH totalling 186.2 m on this zone. 1986: Power Explorations Inc. completed a 16 hole, 1430.43 m, diamond-drilling program on the claim block. 2010: Tri Origin Exploration Ltd. carried out mapping and sampling.

May 29, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - Three holes were drilled to test this area of felsic to intermediate tuffs and iron formation. Surface exploration resulted in the discovery of minor gold values in outcrop and significant gold values in humus in an area of abundant quartz-tourmaline veining, and sheared and limonitic tuff (Assessment report 52O07SE0012).

May 29, 2020 (Therese Pettigrew) - DDH BL-84-8 was drilled to test a narrow band of iron formation with a short strike length. Intersected at a depth of 64 feet, the iron formation was found to be 24 feet wide. A five-foot interval which assayed 0.01 oz/ton Au contained 11% iron sulphide and trace chalcopyrite. A similar interval in intermediate tuff assayed 0.01 oz/ton Au over 5 feet. Of greater significance is an 18-foot Interval in mafic and intermediate tuffs which averaged 0.01 oz/ton Au. This zone was typified by minor tourmaline in narrow quartz veins, traces of chalcopyrite, and pyrite and pyrrhotite as fracture fillings. A fourth interval which averaged 0.015 oz/ton Au over 6 feet in argillaceous and tuffaceous metasediments contained 4% pyrrhotite, 2% arsenopyrite and narrow quartz veins. Drill hole BL-84-9 was drilled 600 feet to the west to test the possible on strike extension of the iron formation encountered in hole BL-84-8. The magnetic response showed that the magnetite content was low in this area. Drilling confirmed that the iron formation grades into a very cherty felsic tuff. Four significant intervals were encountered in this hole: 0.017 oz/t Au over 9 feet from 34-45' in a cherty tuff with 4% pyrite disseminated in fractures; 0.019 oz/t Au over 7.1 feet from 68.5-75.6' in a mafic tuff with 6% pyrrhotite disseminated and in fractures and quartz veinlets; 0.06 oz/t Au over 1.5 feet from 140.1-141.6' in vuggy and silicified intermediate to felsic tuff with 18% sulphides and quartz veinlets; 0.02 oz/t Au over 5 feet from 173-178' from a cherty tuff with 1% pyrrhotite (Assessment report 52O07SE0012).
