Mineralization Comments

01/27/2021 (T Pettigrew) - The 2019 soil sampling program returned values of up to 238 ppm Ni, 108 ppm Cu, and 13 ppm Co, which are values up to 22 times background values for both nickel and copper (Palladium One, press release, January 27, 2020). During prospecting in 2020, boulders were discovered “down ice” of the Smoke Lake EM anomaly. These boulders closely resemble the mineralization found at the both the Tyko and RJ showings located 17 kilometers to the west, and returned assays of up to 0.41% Ni, 0.19% Cu, 0.01% Co, 0.05 g/t Au, 0.04 g/t Pd, and 0.02 g/t Au (Palladium One, press release, November 18, 2020). DDH TK-20-015 returned 3.90% Ni, 1.41% cu, 0.05% Co, 0.48 g/t Pd, 0.35 g/t Pt, 0.01 g/t Au over 2.3 m from 30-32.4 m. DDH TK-20-016 returned 6.65% Ni, 3.70% Cu, 0.09% Co, 0.67 g/t Pd, 0.81 g/t Pt, 0.03 g/t Au over 3.8 m from 29-32.8 m. DDH TK-20-017 returned 1.17% Ni, 0.99% Cu, 0.02% Co, 0.18 g/t Pd, 0.14 g/t Pt, 0.01 g/t Au over 4.2 m from 28.1-32.3 m. DDH TK-20-019 returned 3.89% Ni, 3.90% Cu, 0.06% Co, 0.45 g/t Pd, 0.48 g/t Pt, 0.02 g/t Au over 1.7 m from 28.7-30.4 m. DDH TK-20-021 returned 2.75% Ni, 1.79% Cu, 0.09% Co, 0.38 g/t Pd, 0.58 g/t Pt, 0.02 g/t Au over 1.8 m from 47.8-49.6 m. DDH TK-20-022 returned 5.83% Ni, 2.74% Cu, 0.09% Co, 0.56 g/t Pd, 0.7 g/t Pt, 0.01 g/t Au over 4.2 m from 46.8-51 m. DDH TK-20-023 returned 4.5% Ni, 2.9% Cu, 1.0 g/t PGE over 7.5 m from 5.3 meters down hole, including 8.1% Ni, 2.9% Cu, 1.3 g/t PGE over 3.8 m. DDH TK-20-025 returned 4.4% Ni, 3.6% Cu, 0.9 g/t PGE from 36.6 meters down hole, including 9.6% Ni, 3.7% Cu, 1.5 g/t PGE over 0.6 m, and included a section with large pentlandite eyes in the core. Drilling to date indicates a mineralized ultramafic body at surface, transitioning to massive sulphides which dip shallowly (~32°) to the southwest. The massive sulphides occur as a consistent sheet with a possible fault near its base which could be controlling their emplacement in tonalite (Palladium One, press release, January 19, 2021).
