Jul 20, 2022 (Therese Pettigrew) - The most notable nickel values occur within holes Elec22-01, Elec22-02 and Elec22-06. These results are interpreted as the peripheral geochemical expression of a much larger mineralizing system. The highest overall concentrations in nickel over significant widths occur in the upper half of hole Elec22-02 and in hole Elec22-06 with anomalous concentrations ranging from approximately 200 ppm to a high of 2,080 ppm. DDH Elec22-06 returned 1053.87 ppm Ni over 10.5 m from 13.0 m in a gabbro trending into a metavolcanic breccia, 1085.14 ppm Ni over 67.9 m from 38.5 m in a metavolcanic breccia, and 1277.67 ppm Ni over 2.25 m from 162.75 m in a gabbro with disseminated sulphides coincident with a systematic increase in Ni and PGE concentrations from 160 to 165 m and a high nickel value of 2080 ppm Ni. In addition, Elec22-06 returned 0.16% zinc over 7.06 m from 152.54 m, 121 ppb platinum and 33 ppb palladium over 0.75 m from 162 m, 0.444 g/t gold with an accompanying value of 8.33 g/t silver over 0.68 m was from 61.96 m in a mudstone unit, and 1,375 ppm copper over 0.47 m from 61.49 m (ALX Resources press release, July 20, 2022).
