1981-82: E.J. Burns performed manual and mechanical stripping and trenching. 1983: Hollinger Argus Ltd. optioned the property and carried out sampling. 1987: P. Frankow contracted an airborne VLF-EM survey. 1989: P. Frankow drilled 2 DDH totalling 114 m. 1995-97: P. Frankow carried out mapping, sampling, and a VLF-EM survey. 1999: P. Frankow carried out line cutting, prospecting, and mapping.

Nov 30, 2022 (Therese Pettigrew) - In 1981-82 Ed J. Burns performed manual and mechanical stripping and trenching on what is claim 1163499. The rock revealed was described as mineralized quartz stringers in altered andesite and granite gneiss. Tellurides were also reported. The southern part of the stripped outcrop was diabase. Files obtained from Donald O. Baker from Hollinger Argus Ltd 1983 Bell White assays of what are now claims 1163499 and 949614 (pond area), revealed assays up to 0.032 ounce Au, 5.86 ounce AG, and 1780 ppb Pb. Samples taken in the pond area in 1987 returned 0.0977 ounce Au, 237.3 ppm Ag, 9.08% Cu, 2.64% Zn and 1.7% Pb. P. Frankow's sample 95-123 returned 3360 ppb Au, 237.3 ppm Ag, 5400 ppm Pb, 1570 ppm Zn from quartz, 15% yellowish-green micaceous zones, with 1% patches of possible galena (Assessment report 41O05NE0013).
