Nov 15, 2023 (Therese Pettigrew) - The Nelson tantalite occurrence was found along the margins of a quartz pod within a 3 m wide pegmatite that has been traced for 100 m and remains open along strike, and contains coarse-grained tantalite measuring 2 cm in diameter. A sample from this showing returned up to 4,469 ppm Ta2O5. On the Flanders North and Flanders South properties, 15 samples containing fine-grained tantalite returned greater than 100 ppm Ta2O5 (Libra Lithium press release Nov 6, 2023).
