Access Description: Located 4 km north of Selkirk in the Rainham Township, Haldimand County in the Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk.
The quarry was operated only for a short time during late 1800's for a local lime kiln.

Geological Age: Mesozoic
Dec 07, 2005 (M Barua) - 4.4 m of light brown limestone of Middle Devonian Dundee Formation, very to fine crystalline, medium-bedded with nodules of grey chert (upto 3 cm long), fossiliferous with abundant brachiopods, bryozoans and rugose coral is exposed above the water level at this quarry.
