Point Location Description: ' st ' symbol W of Lambs Pond, about 1.6 km S of New Dublin.

Access Description: From the intersection of Hwy 401 and 29/42 at Brockville, drive N for 5.4 ml and turn right onto the New Dublin road. Drive 1.35 ml to the quarry on the left. The quarry is 2.4 km S of New Dublin.
early 1960s : opened by Brundige Construction Company for production of crushed stone for roads. It operated intermittently. In 1993 this quarry was slightly overgrown.
Province: Paleozoic and Mesozoic Basins
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - The 7 m deep quarry exposes dolostones of the Oxford Formation. Large vugs in some beds are filled with calcite crystals. Very thin shale partings, rarely present, contain green glauconitic clays. Section AQ BR-2 (1991) is in this quarry.
