Point Location Description: Quarry symbol 2.3 km NE of Bath.

A small, inactive quarry, now overgrown. It was apparently used in the construction of the railway.
Province: Paleozoic and Mesozoic Basins
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - A 7.8 m face exposes Middle Ordovician Bobcaygeon Formation limestone. This is moderately fossiliferous with abundant brachiopods and bryozoans. The limestone is grey-brown, fine-medium-grained and thin to medium-bedded with some shale partings. Also, ripple marks and ripple cross-laminations.
