Circa 1906,1908 : D. Sullivan operated a brickyard which produced red stock brick, about 4-500,000/year for local use only. The white clay below would have made good white brick but there was no demand for it.
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - 2.5-4 ft of red clay with white below - sampled 1906.
