Notes: This deposit was visited on October 4th, 2004 with the owner of the property. Some very old workings were noted - a couple of small pits surrounded by mature cedar tree thickets. Two new shallow trenches were examined. One pit was 15 feet long, 10 feet wide and 2 feet deep while the other, which was 35 feet away, measured 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and 1 foot deep. These new shallow trenches were close to the old workings. Calcite, fluorite and ankerite were observed in these trenches which are striking at 70 degrees.
