Access Description: The occurrence is situated on the east side of the Gananoque River south of the bridge at Marble Rock. Access is by walking over the hill from the east end of the bridge or by driving south from the bridge to the first farm road leading east; follow this road to a clearing (about 400 m). A trail leads to the site.

Mineralization Comments

Nov 21, 2013 (A Wilson) - The quartz crystals were mined for radio frequency crystals because of their clarity. The crystals are coated with hematite and barite.
