Nov 20, 2013 (A Wilson) - The sandstone is mostly a white quartzitic variety. There is a 12 inch fossiliferous bed near the top of the section.

Mineralization Comments

Nov 20, 2013 (A Wilson) - A sample collected by the ODM in 1956 returned the following analysis: 99.00% SiO2, 0.13% Fe2O3, 0.29% Al2O3, 0.05% MgO and 0.06% CaO. A grab sample collected in 1978 assayed : 99.02% SiO2, 0.20% Fe2O3, 0.33% Al2O3, 0.07% MgO and 0.18% CaO.
