Sep 09, 2015 (A Wilson) - The site contains low, rounded ridges of pink, coarse syenite. The rock is weakly foliated. The coarse biotite crystals, which comprise approximately 25% of the rock, may tend to be plucked ruing cutting and polishing. A feature of this site which further diminishes its building stone potential is the intensive jointing.
