Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - Mineral location : marble contains : pyroxene, apatite ( 1 inch blue-green crystals ), titanite, zircon, scapolite and serpentine........ gneiss contains : cordierite ( altered, 2 cm blue pods ), sillimanite ( white and bluish aggregates ), magnetite and pyrite.
