Lithology Comments

Feb 08, 2023 (Sheree Hinz) - The limestone forms a ridge trending northeast-southwest. The southern slope and top of the ridge is composed mostly of medium- to coarse-grained, greyish white calcium limestone, and on the northern slope there is a coarse-grained, white dolomite. Siliceous dolomite and inter-banded dolomite and calcium limestone are seen at the foot of the ridge on the southeast side.
