Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: 12 km northeast of the town of Tamworth. It is accessible from an all-weather road which passes through the southeast part of Sheffield township and joins Enterprise in Camden Township to Parham in Hinchinbrooke township. The occurrence is located approximately 7.5 road kilometres north from the intersection of the access road and the CPR line in the northeast corner of Camden township (OFR 5548, p.183).
1916: Mr. L.L. Cailloux excavated a pit with dimensions 3 m by 6 m by 3 m deep, on the farm of Matthew Spratt (OFR 5548, p.184).
