Point Location Description: Point 9.75 km NE of Actinolite.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: Site EL-5 : Drive 3.7 ml E from Hwy 37 on Hwy 7 and turn left onto the Upper Flinton road (just past the Sulphide road). Drive 0.55 ml and take the right fork. Drive 0.75 ml, turn right and drive 2.25 ml. Proceed along the access road leading off to the right for 450 ft. Take the track on the right and walk 360 ft to a small clearing. There are 2 large, whale-backed outcrops.
Showings of actinolite are reported on these lots but no work on them. Antholite and asbestos are also recorded.

Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - A belt of actinolite showings is said to run through lots 7 and 8 in con 11, Elzevir, and then into lots 8 and 9 in con 1, Kaladar. The amphibole antholite is reported in lots 7 and 8, con 11 - in irregular bundles of strong fibres associated with altered enstatite, calcite, dolomite, etc. Asbestos is also referred to in 1899. Site EL-5 : Faulted, metasomatized metasediments in which actinolite is predominant, occurring in radiating and asbestiform masses.
