Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: Drive approximately 1.0 km east of Hwy 62 on Hwy 7. Turn left and drive 4 km. Turn right. Walk 360 m from cinder block garage on north side, along lane beside maple bush and then (hay) field on south side. On east side of field is a small rocky ridge. Ask permission at house.
1940 - 1956: Building Products Limited, produced roofing granules from crushed rhyolite.
