Point Location Description: Quarry marking 0.5 km E of Actinolite.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Circa1965 : Walter Woods held a property which appears to have been optioned by Vermont Marble, drilled and possibly stripped. The marble was tested and found to be high in calcite - 96.08 %. The best hole was core # 58. There seems to be an old pit/quarry on the property.
