Exploration History

The Moira Talc and Silica Mining Syndicate, Limited held under lease this property. Operations were carried out between June 24 to September 30, 1940. A test pit 30 feet deep was put down, and a shaft was begun. The shaft had reached 32 feet when operations ceased.
