Access Description: Drive north from Banockburn on Hwy 62 to Hastings Rd. Turn left (northwest) onto Hastings Rd., and drive 1.25 km to a lane on the left (very difficult to see). Walk 588 m southwest on the lane. A shallow pit exists between the lane and the stream.
In lots 11 and 12, calcite and quartz fissure veins, having similar characteristics as those on the Ramsey Occurrence, had been explored by trenches and pits. Near the northwest boundary of the west half of lot 12, a shallow pit has been put down. In August 1960, two short diamond drill holes were put down in these lots: 1) a 62 foot hole near the northwestern corner of lot 11, 150 ft west of Hastings Rd. and 2) a 57 ft hole near the south-central boundary of lot 12.
