Access Description: 0.7 km WNW of Horse Lake. The CPR branch rail line from Havelock to the Unimin operation at Nephton crosses the property from south to north



Exploration History

1965 - 10 diamond drill holes for a total of 1,029 feet by Pioneer Consultants Ltd. (Res. Geol. AFRO 1965,31C12SW0008). 1999- 2014Trigan Resources, drilling and assays, geophysics, airborne geophysics, geological mapping, industrial mineral testing, beneficiation, geochemical, biogeochemical and environmental studies.

Lithology Comments

Oct 01, 2019 (Nazha Sabiri) - Lithologies consist of a core zone of gabbroic rocks (gabbro, metagabbro, anorthosite) surrounded by granitic rocks and granitic gneiss with zones of intercalated metasediments and porphyritic intrusive rocks.
