Point Location Description: Property symbol ' R ' just N of Turriff.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: Leave Hwy 62 S at the Turriff turn and drive E for about 1/2 ml. The workings are a few hundred feet N of the road.
1903 : a shaft, 25 ft deep, was sunk for copper. The country rock is marble and amphibolite; calcite, pyrite and a little chalcopyrite occur in the dump (1955).

Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - Py, cp and bornite are reported in a 3-4 ft wide calcite vein in marble and amphibolite.
