Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: 1.2 km ENE of Gilroy Lake. It is located on the same ridge a few hundred feet to the north of the Ebonridge Quarry. It is on a north facing slope.
Area was quarried for diorite - probably ashlar or small building stone. (OFR 5706, p114).
Dec 07, 2005 (D Laidlaw) - This is a black biotite diorite.
