Dec 07, 2005 (D Laidlaw) - Magnetite-bearing skarn with sulphides in marble at the west contact of a gabbro body. Also disseminated magnetite occurs within the gabbro. The skarn zone is 250 feet long and 7 feet wide. A sample assayed 24.66% Fe, 0.67% TiO2. A sample of gabbro assayed 17.06% Fe, 3.80% Ti02. (MRC 11, p180).
